I haven’t installed it or signed up, but i have the common symptom of "every folder i open, there’s the pop up, which opens the internet site"

Recently removed Antivirus Soft via the instructions here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-antivirus-soft the thing was still in my registry and when restarting windows i went into cmd line and ran regedit.
