we are having similar issues with a house we just bought.
First day after closing, we noticed alot of humidity in the basement...now we smell the den through out the house. We are tring to figure out how to get the smell out of the carpets, but the walls we washed them down with lysol and let it air dry. The basement is much better now, if worried about the wood work possibly use Murphy's Oil Soap. Good Luck!
References :
trial and error being first time home buyers

Have you tried running those anti-malwares while in Safe Mode?

Or renaming mbam.exe to something else ending in .exe? That might keep Security Suite from recognizing it.

Good luck.
References :
If you run into those infections warnings that close Rkill, the trick is to leave the warning on the screen and then run Rkill again. By not closing the warning, this typically will allow you to bypass the malware trying to protect itself so that rkill can terminate Security Suite . So, please try running Rkill until the malware is no longer running. You will then be able to proceed with the rest of the guide. If you continue having problems running rkill.com, you can download iExplore.exe or eXplorer.exe, which are renamed copies of rkill.com, and try them instead.

I suppose you did the above exactly as describe. If it doesn't work then there's nothing more you can do but to do a factory reset or a clean installation of everything (OS and applications).

By the way, you said that you've been hit by a similar fake AV before. This means you have not adopted any significant measures to protect your system. If you had at least the free Microsoft Security Essentials and the full version of Malwarebytes (not free), you would not be experiencing this.

Oh well, some people learn the hard way and some people learn the harder way.
References :
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-security-suite

Will free TDSSKiller run ?

http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/solutions?qid=208280684

If rkill won't run try exeHelper (works like rkill)

These's are live links:

(two format, if one does not work try the other)

http://www.raktor.net/exeHelper/exeHelper.scr

(Exehelper resets all user policies in windows. making it a handy tool in fighting malware that disable your tsk manager)

Then go back & try (again):
