i downloaded it but i could not find the trojan.
part of the instructions to remove it manually
is to disable windows system restore.
where is the system restore?
also i have to run the computer in safe mode.
how do i find safe mode?
i tried calling a computer repair shop
but they charge 50dollars per hour to fix it
and i was told it would take 1 hour or 100.00
