Does anyone know of an ABSOLUTELY FREE PC registry cleaner/booster?

I’ve been looking up different Cleaners and boosters for some time now. I always see them saying "100% free!" which turns out to be just a free scan and the removal of 15 errors. Can someone help me out, and possibly direct me to a (if existing) completely free registry cleaner? Or even a working download from thepiratebay, I can’t seem to have any luck with those either.
I used the Auslogics RC…aaaaand, my DL speed just went from 215kb/s to 300. Thanks very much guys
Registry cleaners are a scam as are programs that claim to boost your PC’s performance. Most of the tools you need are already built into the OS. They only real way to boost your performance is to upgrade your hardware once in a while. If you PC is a non-gaming style laptop then you’ll have few to no options in upgrading the parts that matter. Namely, the processor and the video card.
To detect and repair hard drive problems, run scan disk. To clean out temporary and old files, use disk cleanup. To check for file fragments, analyze your hard drives with disk defragmenter. If it says to defragment, then do it. Did a program mess up your computer after you installed it but you can’t uninstall it for some reason? Use system restore to roll back to before the installation began and try again.
The only other things you’ll need maintenance wise for Windows are an anti-virus and anti-malware program. Microsoft has it’s own, free, anti-virus program and there are many really great 3rd party anti-malware programs like Malwarebytes’ Anti-malware.
Again, you don’t need to regularly use a registry cleaning program. Those tools should only be used when you have an actual problem with the registry.
Edit:
I guarantee you that Auslogics RC had nothing to do with the boost in your download speed. The program doesn’t even claim that it can!
All registry cleaners are flawed and none should ever be used under any circumstances.
The possible benefits are miniscule, but the possible harm is great.
