Also if you want to get rid of the sluggish issues of your computer performance you can put your computer back to factory default settings lol make sure to back up your important files! You can do a few tweaks to your computer to solve the issue

Go to system properties > Advanced > Under Performance choose "Settings" > Then choose "Adjust for best performance" > Then on the list in the window go to bottom and tick "Use visual styles on windows and buttons" then click "Apply"

This should help your performance, if you want to know more you go to youtube they have plenty of tweaking videos with step by step instructions. Also if you want to get rid of the sluggish issues of your computer performance you can put your computer back to factory default settings lol make sure to back up your important files!
