Most of them would only find lots of errors but not repair them. Plus how could I improve the booting speed of my computer?

Try going to ErrorKiller.com, they helped me with my windows 95 that I used to have.

As far as improving booting speed, Make sure you don’t have too many icons on your desktop that you could also access in your program files. De-fragment your computer every so often, delete temporary Internet files, and delete history. This is some of the things I did to improve my speed on my computer.

Good luck to ya…………………..

  2. Hi there!

What you’re after would be: CCleaner.
This freeware software is fantastic to remove temporary files and clean up your harddrive, but in addition can run a check AND clean on your registry.

I recommend it strongly for a very fast pc maintenance performer.

    Find it here: http://www.ccleaner.com/

    I hope this helps!

(If you want a quicker booting PC, CCleaner will help and you can always do a search for Microsoft BootVis, although this may only be for Windows XP. Good luck!)
