how can i learn how to manually fix the windows registry ?

i have plenty of computer knowledge, im a PC Tech
but i have always fixed the registry in 2 ways, by using CCleaner and by reisntalling windows
but i want to know how to spice it up and fix things manually in the registry in regedit

how can i learn ?

One word of advice: unless you know by heart the whole of "Microsoft Knowledge Base" AND a few more tricks, DON’T!
All registers are all linked together (or copied from a place to another). Change one the wrong way, and the WHOLE of the registery becomes a mess. You’ll have to re-install Windows.
Since this takes hours, good luck!
