I deleted the history of past visited web sites on internet explorer through internet options when I was clearing out my temporary internet files. But I want to retrieve the urls for past visited web site. Can I retrieve it from the windows registry? if so, how? I am using win xp home edition.

Unfortunately, the registry does not save a listing of anything that is deleted using the system clean up wizard. If it did, your registry would get very unmanagable, and typically is only used for actual programs and things that do not get moved much. Sorry. Hope this helps
