Is there any registry trick to change windows appearance?

i want to change my desktop in black theme. can i do this by manipulating windows registry?

This one is popular and I think it includes the uxtheme.dll

otherwise once you have changed the uxtheme.dll you can look for "msstyles" visual styles at like DeviantART and other sites
